Today an agent action is either allowed or blocked. Approval mode adds a third option: sensitive actions trigger a request to the zone’s owner on Slack or in the dashboard. Think CODEOWNERS for agents: define who approves changes to infra/, database migrations or kubectl commands against production. The agent is told approval has been requested, and once it’s granted, retries with a one-time authorization.
